Born and raised in Roanoke, VA, the city has always felt like home. From a young age, Wyatt has been drawn to real estate for its potential to create value, whether through strategic investments, thoughtful improvements, or smart leasing solutions.
He brings hands-on experience as a leasing consultant, having helped fill and manage occupancy for over 200 apartment units on behalf of large landlords, combined with experience in new home sales. While early in his commercial real estate career, he is eager to help investors, tenants, and property owners alike navigate Roanoke’s market. He has a particular interest in retail and multi-family properties, though he works across all commercial property types.
Wyatt prides himself on patience, responsiveness, and delivering exceptional service, always focused on the outcome of his clients’ businesses. He closely follows Roanoke’s growth, constantly looking for opportunities to improve the area while helping clients achieve their goals.
Outside of work, you’ll find Wyatt at a local coffee shop, playing pickleball, or enjoying time with his family. Fun fact: he once drove from Oklahoma City to Roanoke in a single day, and has also driven from Albuquerque to Walnut Creek in one day.
