Senior Associate Broker

Following a successful career as a marketing researcher and marketing consultant with Martin Research, Inc., Frank decided it was time for a change. He sold his research business, and entered the vibrant world of commercial real estate as a Sales and Leasing Specialist with Hall Associates in Southwest Virginia.

And he hit the ground running. Current listings include some of the most prestigious office properties in Roanoke. Notable clients include Metis Plaza (former Allstate), Carilion Clinic, Freedom First Federal Credit Union, The McLeod Foundation, American National Bank, the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center, Pinnacle Bank, the Virginia Tech Foundation, and The Western Virginia Foundation for the Arts and Sciences (Center in the Square), as well as several local investors and companies looking to expand their presence in the Western Virginia markets.

Since joining Hall, Frank has used his marketing experience very successfully on behalf of his clients, combining the traditional approaches of (large, highly visible) signs in the yard and telephone calls with the new age technologies of web, video and social media to increase the visibility of his listings and expose the properties to more potential buyers. His first full year in business, Frank was responsible for several million dollars in sales and leasing activity, and he was named Overall Associate of the Year for 2015 at Hall Associates, Inc., and has led the company in sales in 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Further demonstrating his commitment to his real estate career, Frank passed his Real Estate Broker exam in 2017, and was named Senior Associate Broker with the firm. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a distinction held by only 3700 Brokers worldwide.

A lifelong resident of the Roanoke Valley, Frank has been involved extensively in the Roanoke Community as President of the Backbone Club of the Roanoke Valley Chamber of Commerce, Board Member and Past President of the Roanoke Symphony Orchestra, Baseball Coach and youth volunteer. He is currently Vice Chair of the Roanoke City Planning Commission.
