Commercial Property Services Manager
Michael Phillips
Michael has been with Hall Associates for over 25 years in the Commercial Property Management Department. He started out as a Maintenance technician, moved up to Maintenance Supervisor and was most recently promoted to Commercial Property Services Manager. He is experienced in all aspects of commercial maintenance and construction management on large scale remodel projects. Michael’s experience provides him with a clear understanding of the dynamics of building operations and construction projects.
