Associate Details

Tina Hatcher brings over 25 years of professional practice in the health and medical office space to the sales and leasing force at Hall Associates, Inc. She completed her degrees at Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 1992 and a Master of Science degree in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Adult Fitness in 1994. Tina additionally went on to obtain her Registered Dental Hygiene license in 1997. She independently owned her own LLC, Earth Girl Wellness. She has developed strong ties in the medical community. 

Her years of real estate experience began in the commercial sector of real estate in the Roanoke Valley. She then spent several years working in both the commercial and residential real estate market. Finding that her passion was working with professionals to sell, buy or lease commercial properties, she joined Hall Associates in 2023. While her clients have varied, she has focused on health care clients and the unique needs they require in office space. Tina is currently a CCIM candidate and has expanded her client base to include general office space and industrial properties.  

Tina is an avid outdoor adventurer, stand up paddle boarder and yogi.  She is married and the proud mother of four grown and active children. Her favorite charities, where she has volunteered in a variety of areas, include Saint Francis Service Dogs and the Roanoke Down Syndrome Association of Roanoke.
